At William Paterson University of New Jersey, I teach graduate courses and mentor doctoral students in the Leadership program. My research focuses on cognition and instructional technology, STEM/STEAM education and arts integration, online professional development for teachers, and educational equity in urban and diverse learning environments.

Outside of work, I enjoy reading nonfiction, practicing calligraphy, hiking, biking, skiing, and traveling.
